Before you write
Two questions come up most often, and both are answered already: what is inside the PDF and what to do if the file has not arrived — in the FAQ; where the file lives in your Etsy account and how to download it again — on the downloads page.
If something is wrong with a file
Tell me which pattern it is and what happens when you open it. If the file has an error or will not open, I fix or replace it right away — no need to explain yourself at length.
All patterns are digital. Nothing is shipped, so there is no parcel to track and no delivery to chase.
