Hi! I'm Alina, and every pattern in this catalog is drawn by me personally — from the first sketch to the final PDF.
I started drawing my own after buying a kit in which three shades of green differed so little that I kept mixing them up in daylight. Since then I have a rule: if two colors can't be told apart on the fabric, one of them is redundant. That is why my palettes are shorter than in patterns generated automatically from photos — and stitching them feels calmer.
